[ Viral Site ] Getting Traffic but no leads

Hey guys, I can really use some advice here.
I made a 4 page website using code snippets I found here and there. I'm not the best designer out there, but the site doesn't suck. Basically, everyone must share my page using Facebook or twitter or a bunch of other services, then post a message to 3 pages to get to the final step. It's been about a week since I started the website, and I've 800 Facebook shares, some 150 tweets and 400+ shares on other sites. People post the message to different pages too, but why the hell doesn't anyone complete the final survey?


I'm using Youtube as the only source of traffic. I've one video right now and I'm focusing on only this niche. It's really frustrating to spend all this time tweaking the design, making the video, correctly all those misaligned web page button, only to find that no one downloads it.


Any advice? I know this method works, because there are thousands of other sites implementing the same things and making $XX a day.

But I'm getting decent traffic. My main competitor has only 1 video (ranking higher than me, ofcourse) and he's making decent money. How do I know? Well I just traced it back to his PPD site, where he's on the leaderboards.

Scaling up to 100 videos is too difficult, considering that I'm low on startup and uploading these many vids would require proxies, PVA's and 100 unique videos + the cost required to bring views/likes/comments to every one of them.
