This is an example that google can review every single site and limit it! PR3 is the limit for this forum... It was manually setup from google stuff because he dosent want bhw results on queries. My words are confirmed by the PR of the other forum section... you can see that all the section have PR3 like the main root... every domain (like a forum... see warrior forum) have other PR section not like the main root.
Conclusion: PR increase for BHW was blocked from google staff. Its confirmed also because Matt Cutts visit this forum sometimes
