Best web 2.0 Blogging Services

I am looking at setting up some free blogs (i.e. tumblr/weebly etc.), regularly post/engage with their communities in order build up their strength and then use them to link back to my money site.

I am going to need to disable comments and also customise the blogs so they look like my client's money sites. Other than the two web 2.0 sites I mentioned has any body else got any other blogging sites that might be useful?

You should go for this -- build the web2.0 using unqiue content -- let them rest for sometime and later use them for SEO
