OP, while BHW is a place full of resources, it's important to know that nobody is going to hold your hand in making money. Read around the forums. Use the search function if you want to learn PPD. Then if you have any SPECIFIC questions, then start your own thread for it. Otherwise, it's unlikely you'll get any kind of answer you want.

If you need honest cash fast than the only option you really do have is to sign up at a Freelancing portal such as vWorker, create a profile and fill out your own skill set, then get some projects and work for your money from home.
Do not expect to be spoon-fed, very few are. Do not get stuck into the vicious cycle of reading and not acting. Try different things, act, do not be put off by failure because it is a normal step in the development process and most importantly: Do not get into IM / online money making to pay off debts etc. Desperation stops you from thinking clearly which leads to fogged judgement and a loss of money.
