Few are. Few are not.
The users clicks only when he/she is interested in the offer.

Upload pictures necessary to facebook on a normal desktop environment, then access facebook thru bluestacks share the photos you have uploaded to instagram... easy

You should put your pictures in the "Sample Pictures" folder. Then restart bluestacks. You should find them.

I don't use spinned comments. I just put 5 different comments in the bot.

I think Cpa path will accept those traffic.
But I think you could make a landing page, then floak your traffic and you will be fine.
