Whats the difference between these two domains

I am trying to buy a domain for my client.
Here is an example of the key word. house renovation boston
All variations that make sense are taken
house renovation boston.com
house renovations boston.com
boston house renovation.com
boston house renovations.com

Two of these have just one page website with contact form and number. PR0 no significant SEO currently.

What do you thin if i buy this domain : houserenovation-boston.com
I havent had a case like this so never tested. IF you have any experience please let me know. I want to know how is the "-" going to make the difference between me and them. Do i have a chance to get #1 spot with little SEO in this case?
Note: BathroomRenovationBoston.com is just redirected to another site.

Having "-" in a domain is not going to make any difference. Both hyphenated and non-hyphenated domain gets the same SEO benefit. It just looks weird in customer point of view. Especially if you're looking to make it brandable for your client, you shouldn't go with hyphenated domain. I just checked following domains and they are available for registration at the time of this post.
