I Need Help With Securing A Page Untill After Payment

Hey BHW,
So here is what I'm looking to do (and I hope this is in the right section).

I have a form that people fill out after they purchase a service I would like to make the form only available after someone makes a payment. I could just not have the form on the menu of the website and have people put in there PayPal transaction ID but I'd like to make it easier and more secure than that. I would just like for them to pay through my payment portal which is WHMCS, payment processed via paypal and then just be taken right to the form and somehow have it know that that person actually paid and did just not use the link again.

The services I have currently are PayPal, WHMCS, and wordpress.

How do I make this happen smoothly????

with paypal, i think you can easily add a return url to your buy button.

Bit different with WHMCS, since you can't easily modify the PayPal buttons or payment system in general.
