Hey Proxy,

Sorry to hear about your pain. You have been given some good info, but it shocks me that no one has asked about your diet?

could you give me a brief overview?

sorry to hear that buddy

start doing some light exercises

Sorry to hear that bud. I hate to ask this but how old are you? Is it something to do with aging?

My Uncle is a doctor, here is the tip for those who are getting problems in back pain.

Avoid foods with oil content.

Eat vegetables more and do a daily walk for 30 minutes. see the changes.

Sorry to hear that. There should be something that can be done, don't shut your mind.

had therapy over 3 yrs the result where well mixed .

1 - the first guy said 3 yrs ago - weak bones on my left side.
2 - the next guy said ,weak left side muscles
3 - 3rd guy said - nothing wrong with you [ discharged ] idiots

spending time at my pc is not it.
many years ago i fell over backwards and cracked my back on concrete.
over the years pain came / went / but last year it wont budge
its either mild nagging ... or a cattle prod up your ass pain...

causing a limp, walking slightly over to the left , lifting stuff is out
bending is well not advised . - and im 42

sucks man,,, I had a grocery list of back problems untill I met my chiro.. If your in calif, and want to visit him for a 5th opinion let me know, pm me. Good luck and heal fast.

Cannabis indica... Replace the damn painkillers with it...

actually sativa is better for pain relief - doesn't knock you around as much.

I suffered from Sciatica quite badly and didn't like the pain killers prescribed as they masked the pain too well (as well as all the nasty shit they were doing to my insides). I found pot took the edge off enough to live a vaguely normal life, and still be able to receive the signals my body was sending me ie- Pain.

Because you've got to remember that the pain is trying to tell you to take it easy and stop doing whats hurting you.

Last summer after i did a mri i was diagnosed with herniated vertebrae disc (don't know the exact phrase in english for this lol).In fact i have 2 on my lower back from the left side one is between the last disc and another one above it.A disc herniation occurs, the cushion that sits between the spinal vertebra is pushed outside its normal position. So it pushes on the nerves and the pain was like unbearable the first month.I guess this happened because i was lifting weight in gym without first making some exercises to strengthen my lower back muscles , huge mistake. So after 3 weeks that i couldnt walk at all it started getting better gradually but very slowly , i did some physio therapy after 3 months for about 3 months and it did had some nice results. After that i only do some exercises on horizontal bar with push ups , as its the only thing that could help strengthen my muscles up and below and also not harm me.So after a year and a few months i feel great as i can walk , i can ran , jump etc.I cannot only do 90 degrees when sitting but ok it doesnt matter much , the only problem is i cannot lift weight anymore as it can get worse and this kinda sucks as im young and i still want to train the muscles of my body.My advise is don't do any surgery and painkillers isnt really the solution. After physio therapies and massage on that area so some exercises with the horizontal bar it helps a lot.

aww come on GTS i do have my good points
looking - still looking - is the the time

if i ever learned something in life, its that: never acceppt the bad news. everything is possible! so dont give up yet, the solution may not come in 2 weeks or 2 months but maybe in 2 years. one friend of mine fell 15 meter from a window to the street. 3 years later hes back on the track. not as good as it was, but he is nearly back to normal again.
hope this cheers you up.

good luck!

Sorry for your troubles Bud. Yes, I understand you better now. :)

I suggest a very good acupuncturist and Tui Na specialist. What makes me think Tui Na is one guys said bones
on the left side and another said muscles on the left side. They both may be right. Instead of manipulating skeletal
structure like a chiropractor the the tui na specialist manipulates your muscles in such a way that they pull the bones into proper alignment and keep them there. A master acupuncturist is the best of all.
Getting treatment from an ordinary acupuncturist is rubbish.

Tell me where you live and I'll do some research for you.
