Then blast those links with web 2.0's & wiki's. Send 1000 links to the 1st tier.

Take your 100 quality links + 1,000 links from your 2nd tier and hit them with 20,000 Xrumer links. Blast the 20,000 Xrumer links with 60,000 Xrumer links. I usually get PR 2 to PR 3 with one of these cycles.

I guess I may as well step in with my two cents. Make certain that you are active in the Blogspot community...If you want to some juice try linking to Tumblr and link that to Twitter! Add in a Facebook fan page...now start building some good links with not much OBL.
