I am trying to refund my purchase before my 30 day trial is over, but i am having a very hard time getting this process done. I have opened a ticket to your support team and i have used both of your contact numbers (800)247-9604 (303)242-8116 listed on your site several times during your business hours and each time i am being sent to the voicemail. They are asking me for my transaction id saying it was sent to me, but i have clearly stated several times, that none of the emails i received since this purchase includes a trasnaction-id as i have searched those few emails over and over. But, my email address is what is used to access the license, and you can not be registered to your site without purchase, so i don't see what is the holdup. SETH can you expedite this process please?

I bought this when it was just a one off payment and no monthly subscription.

Was pretty pissed off that this was introduced so was just happy to use what I had especially
since the monthly price was $29.95 and then $9 --- I would have been ok with this - if this was told
to us when we purchased.

Anyway got an email yesterday offering subscription for $4.99 a month which I find more reasonable

I think UBOT has a place in everyone's toolbox who is taking IM as a business so I would recommend
jumping in while the price is reasonable.

i have bots from over 30 sellers , and only 3 were actually patient and taught me how to use the software.

i dont want a rip off. another scam.

ubot has some decent starter tuts. You can view some if you go to the ubot studio home page and scroll to the bottom, then click the tutorials link.

as far as people taking the time to show you how to use the bots they have created goes, I wish every developer thought about creating killer documentation. Alot don't... You'll have to spend some time checking for reviews from other customers before you make your purchase.

I purchased the professional version of Ubot towards the end of last year.

Here is my experience:

It was quite buggy. Some bugs were fixed as updates came in but many were not. I felt like a beta tester, reporting bugs and walking their main coder through was quite time consuming which is money lost. Its quite frustrating with all the crashes. It wasn't my computer(s), ive ran them on 4 different machines (quad core, ssd drives, 16 gig ram) all with the same results.

Im not sure how the newer versions work as my updates ran out.

Im still vastly irritated with the updates thing, i paid 4 times as much as I have for this than I have for any other software. I can understand if it ran smoothly, but come on; when i pay half a k for software I expect it to be nearly bug free at the time of purchase; not after 2 years of paid updates... I was gona get a refund but was assured all my bugs would be fixed in the next updates. Well I was wrong.
