First, sorry I'm a newbie on this CPA thing.
I'm using AdWork Media for a week.
I tried email submit offers targeted USA. I promote with CPC campaign. Highly targeted as niche and country.
I used iPhone 5 offer because it's huge in these days. Email submit gives $1.10 looks good huh?

Stats are 284 clicks no lead. I tried to contact with my performance manager but couldn't get added on Skype :(

So my questions are:
1- Email submit forms are mostly about 2 pages more form submits.I wonder is he lead counts just after email given or whole process of the 3 steps form filling is mandatory?
It's ridicilous if it's about 3 steps form filling, it's not email submit, it's a survey then!
2- Is it too early or small traffic?
3- How do you know about AdWork Media?
4- What do you suggest to send traffic to CPA offers?

And please suggest and refer some other big CPA companies.

It probably has something to do with either the CPA offer itself or the ad network that you're using. I use a different CPC network ( a really cheap one) and find that I'm getting about a 10% conversion rate when it comes to email submits.

Everything seems great. Offer's page is very tempting with call to action images and just big email input. CPA company looks fine too.Which CPA system do you use?

Maybe that because iphone 5 isnt really announced, try to complete offer by yourseld on preview page and see what it shows, sometimes its email submit but after that they get like 10 fields

Offer is not "Buy new iPhone 5" just "Be the FIRST to get the NEW iPhone5! "

I previewed page (not with my ref url) and it has 2 more formpages after email submission.
So is it about completing the whole process or just email?
If it is, it's not in the "email submit" category it is a SURVEY!

Email submits, Good one's anyway, are few and far between. Never ever EVER start a new campaign before you test an email sub. Im not telling you to straight up fraud your way around 5 or so leads, But make sure it converts before you push traffic to it. Just because a network has it listed, doesn't mean it works. I've run into this time and time again.

Now to the point of this thread, E-Mail submits are generally about building an advertisers list, On top of that, they get information on the second page, which then leads to a reg path of hundreds of other offers they also get paid for. usually to get the product their advertising. For e.g. an iphone, a user must complete x-xx amount of offers, save all information, submit to the advertiser, and wait. Does this actually happen? It's few and far between. But on occasion, yes.

Im not going to go into this any further, but, the advertiser makes much more off of a successful email submit than you can imagine ;)

So you're saying first try email submit and see the lead on your stats then promote it.
All email submit forms have continuing form submit pages to fill?
Or some of them says "Thanks for joining" after user gives an email?

Apparently I can't post anything informative without tripping BHW's wonderful moderation system.. To answer your first question, Yeah... to your second, yes. To your third, I've never seen that before in my time in the industry, which is a long while.
