well getting worldwide traffic just means more exposure although it may result in low quality but worldwide exposure is great. simply getting USA traffic is great because of the high quality but there are some cons to it. To each his own though. Just get whatever you site needs.

Just to simply increase visibility and Alexa rankings I guess. Besides, even on the off-chance that you would make two conversions, that is more than enough to make up for the 25$ spent on the paid traffic.

they are real visitors. I used Statcounter to track it. plus I got some clicks from Typlo's traffic too.

He seems to use one refferer per order, so your 10k maybe were on a better domain. Just guessin.
