I've just checked my cPanel visitors statistic and noticed that though I do get GEO targeted traffic(as requested) but all visits have the same referring URL: trackstatsnow co.m Is this how it supposed to be? Will it not make the big G suspicious?

Be careful, because with parked domains you can't "force" traffic to go there. It must be natural. So if you do it, be very very careful.
