What does "Rollover" status mean? I have earned for about $20 but now it shows 0$ under Previous pay periods

Rollover simply means you did not meet the minimum threshold of $1 so the money is "Rolledover" to the next week.

Let me clear about 1 thing . . .

We have a ZERO tolerance for click fraud on our network.

If you are a publisher and we find evidence of click fraud, your account will be ban and your earnings will NOT be paid out.

When we do this there will be 1 or 2 guys who cry fowl, but honestly I don't care.

What I care more about is advertisers not having their accounts drained with worthless proxy / bot traffic.

Why do you say this? Its a new service and surely it will have some kinks. I am considering using it as an advertiser.

To help the approval process go faster, make sure you have written sample post to use and have working links.

The idea of SociBuzz.com is to generate engaged traffic for our advertisers.

So before you (publishers) start promoting, ask your self a few simple questions:

#1 - "Is this going to bring quality traffic to the advertisers?"

#2 - "By me doing this, will it be viewed as spammy or trying to game the system?"

At the end of the day, we promise to treat publishers more than fair by paying out on time - every time.

What this doesn't mean is that we are going to let publishers get away with murder.

That is a good idea . . . we have toyed with how to still monetize spill over traffic until the advertiser funds the campaign.

Probably what will happen eventually is that we will set up a RON campaign so that all traffic is monetized all the time.

I am just finished with 1 camp with them today.
The time spent was around 1:30 minutes which is good.
Conversion was zero, may be because the trafiic is not targeted.
But still, they are improving quite well.
Lets see what happens next.

When will it will be updated to (9/9/2012 - 9/15/2012), since this in 9/10/12 already.

This is because the "pay" period is always 7 days in rears.

While SociBuzz.com pays weekly it's always 1 week behind so that we can vet for click fraud etc.
