Hello BHW,
Let me keep this short and sweet. I had a problem (it was a disaster actually) with my own softawre, but I had to deliver 1200+ bookmarks to a client within 24 hours. The client is very ... important to me, as he's on recurring payment, and he's paying good money for relatively easy keywords.
So I contacted @wpbacklinks and asked him if he can do this in udern 24 hours, with the best quality list he has available, and although we're in different time zones, he responed in less than 1 hour (it must have been 2-3 A.M. for him), and he said he will take the task and deliver to me before the deadline.
Around 14 hours later, I had my report nicely formated in my email, waiting for me. Checked around 10 backlinks, randomly and all of them were working like a charm. Client served. Day Saved. PERIOD!
So, stats time:
Communication: 10/10
Speed: 110/10
Report: 10/10
Quality: 10/10
