I know loopline from his quality ScrapeBox lists and his
expert comments in threads regarding Scrapebox and Scrapejet.

Today he is expanding his business with a new service offering links on quality pages with PR
The great part is that you can supply as many URL's and anchor texts as you want.
And even decide which anchors to use for every URL.

Since the pages have gained their trust in the eyes of Google there's no need
to submit them to ping or indexing services.
Google will find them the natural way.

Of course this service should be part of a broader linking campaign to diversify your backlinks but
loopline is already working on additional platforms to place the links on.

I talked a bit with loopline about the pros and cons of blog commenting
and I strongly advice every potential customer to use his expertise when
in doubt about the best way to use his service.

I have updated this service since I posted this thread up. Service now includes more platforms besides blogs. At this time is about 2/3 blogs and 1/3 other platforms. CMS/Platforms include things like:

Forums (in content and signature links NOT forum profiles)
Ticket Systems
BBS
Message CMS
Blogs
etc...
More are being added.


BONUS:
The option 2 - 5000 link package will get more then 5000 links. I will give a large bonus of extra links

The 5000 link package will include all CMS/Platforms that I have available.

The 2500 link package will be blogs only.

All links are on actual pages that have PR1+, with the exception of the .edu and .gov. Some of the .edu and .gov links have PR and some don't, but I still include them because they are from authority domains.
