Yeah, just tested my copy on my desktop and it appears the license server is down. No doubt to do with the DDOS sweetfunny mentioned yesterday.

Guys n Gals. There has been a DDOS attack as mentioned by SweetFunny here http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...g-commenter-prstorm-mode-271.html#post4606824 This can take some time to get back up and running so have a bit of patience. We are all in the same boat unfortunately.
Yeah, I have instances currently running myself. I'm just crossing my fingers that they don't suddenly stop working
Hopefully it'll be sorted soon anyway.

Yes.. I can confirm that already running copy still work but if you close it then it will not work when you will open again.
The same question here... when the server will be up again...
And second I would like to tell the OP that I didn't get a reply to any of my 3 last emails to the support...
What happen, before I get an answer in 1-2 days now nothing... no replay to my emails... I also check the spam folder...

All their sites are now down.
I had to restart my VPS today and saw no valid license found.

Would it be possible to release a version that verifies with another server? Even temporarily since some of us run services that depend on scrapebox on a daily basis etc..

Server Issues:
Thought I would just throw out some info. Scrapebox makes a few handshakes when validating the license the first and subsequent times, however once a copy is running there is no more call backs to the activation servers until it is closed down.
There are multiple severs, and you can always see all their status here:

The Scrapebox.com1 and Scrapebox.com2 are the primary and secondary activation servers, respectively. The Scrapebox.com Website is the website server. The Website server started out with a DDoS attack and then the next day the activation servers also started getting attacked.
The activation servers have spotty up time, so you may get lucky and get your copy authenticated, but they are being hit pretty hard.
If you have a copy running you will be fine, and most/all addons you have installed should work fine, but you won't be able to install new addons. This is because the addons are also served up from the activation servers.
I know Sweetfunny is working on it. They have taken some measures in the past against DDoS and it solved the issue for a while, but whomever is doing it this time is hitting it harder then before. They told me in the past if they had more issues that they would take further steps, so I am sure they are working on that now. To make matters worse, they told me a couple days ago that their was some issue with their phone and internet lines and they were on wireless getting things done while they waited for the telecom company to restore service. I presume that that is all fixed, but Im sure it just complicated matters.
I don't of course have any kind of time frame, but the attack on the activation servers has been going on for about 16 hours at this point. I guess we will all have to wait and see how it pans out.

Id say thats your answer as to when you can use your scrapebox again, never. Essentially you stole from them, so they banned you.
Asking your provider would be the easiest way. But you could just start blasting and stop after several hundred are processed and look at the error codes. If error codes vary and success is good your fine. Just keep turning up the connections until all of a sudden you start getting error codes that are all the same, like all 403 or all 407 and your success is in the toilet, then you have a good idea of your threshold.
