My very first review on this, machete 
Got my site in less than a week, keyword is great, high CPC's and monthly searches, high Adwords competition, seems to be a good deal for me so far. The site's design looks pretty awesome too. I don't really know that much Spanish, but I got a friend of mine (native Spanish) who does know it, I put him to read the articles and he confirmed their great quality and correct grammar as well. Andres and Bloodhat were really helpful and answered all my questions quickly. The best of all, is that my site is already ranked and it's starting to pump a few bucks already. So, to sum everything up, service is 100% recommended, and I'm going to scale this side project of mine, with more orders, considering the quality I receive. Gracias!

@blackberry: We really encourage our clients to let us pick the niche for mainly 2 reasons: we have more freedom to pick niches that are profitable, which is what matters the most really, and also to deliver our orders faster. Hope this makes sense.

Guys, we've decided to update our OP, where we now include info about how you can order extra Spanish content if you needed so, as it is a question we keep getting asked a lot by PM's so we can tell it's something that worries quite a few people. Was kind enough to be given a review copy.
Overall can't fault the service had a problem with the payment (me not looking when I was ordering) which was sorted out almost immediately.
Received keyword after 2 days which had CPC $1+ and monthly searches 14,000 so obviously no complaints there. However it does seem to be a Spain only keyword so won't receive many searches from outside Spain but the high CPC and monthly searches more than makes up for that.
Site was set up quickly and articles were drip fed over 4 days, site is indexed but isn't yet showing up on search results so will start backlinking efforts which will hopefully see some movement.
Not a native Spanish speaker so can't comment on the quality of the articles.
Overall excellent service and if this site proves profitable will definitely order again.
