1) The KW's we use include all the typical niches used in English micro niche sites, but on the Spanish market. We always make sure our KW's are very commercial, i.e: have medium to high Adwords competition.

2) Sure, I could also send you a TT screenshot of the KW, should you decide to purchase, so you can approve the competition before going forward with it. I should mention that we always provide KW's with very soft competition, which can be ranked easily by some extra manual backlinkng (which is what we recommend). You don't even have to worry of the site getting indexed, as we also take care of that part. So as you can see, you don't need too much SEO experience to work with our sites.

Unfortunately, we've had some bad experiences with people asking too many details of our KW's, how we research them, examples of KW's, etc. before purchasing. Not saying you are one of them of course. But since then we've decided to send screenshots on SEO competition and other specific details of different KW's to clients only. We feel that the screenshots we included in the OP are enough reflection of the kind of KW's we provide with our service. If you decided to buy, we wouldn't have any issues in showing you TT screenshots of the KW we picked for you, so you can approve it beforehand.

About your questions:

I'm not from Spain, I'm from another Spanish speaking country and a native Spanish speaker.

The economic issues do not affect Adsense income at all. As we said in the OP, numbers don't lie; we provide Spanish KW's that have very high commercial value for Adwords advertisers (which means KW's are profitable in the present times) and the CPC is always $1+.

Unfortunately, we do not sell Spanish keywords. We are constantly getting a healthy stream of new orders from a few clients that order in bulk, plus the orders of all of our one-site clients, and as we need these KW's for our clients, we really would not want to undermine our own business with that.
