I did a 301 on a penalized site, it was dancing for like 2-3 weeks, and now its penalized.

Any update on this guys, One of my site homepage hit by penguin but sub-pages are still ranking on second page, what should I do? Any thoughts!

I got the main page ranking 2 for like a day or 2, then it started going down and down until I reached middle of page 2.

Now internal Soul + Shadowcat + MRnewbie are doing a campaign on the site and its back on page 1.
