Very disappointed with the service, the quality of the private network submission was VERY low...

Every single domain was PR0 and one N/A. Will not be renewing a subscription if every service is like this.

Hey @pompano,

First, let me tell you that I am sad that you are not 100% thrilled with the service. We do try our best to have a system that exceeds expectations, but also get that we can't be everything to everyone. Please be assured that we stand behind our service and our 100% money back guarantee.

I wish that you would have contacted us first through our support desk as it allows us a more immediate reply and allows us to get into more details. I refuse to share personal details about your account, or that of any other customers, in a forum.

In regards to the service I am assuming you are referring to, it is not advertised or assumed to be a network of blogs of any given rank. In addition, if you look at the MozRank of the domains, you will find that they are not worthless links. Like all of the services in our marketplace, it is an offering by a vendor to give you one (of many) types of backlinks in your link building portfolio. When combined and spread out the way the system automatically does, these links work.

I would be happy to discuss your account in more detail if you send in a support ticket.

Hey,

Sent a support ticket before I made this post but no one has replied since the 14th so I just cut my losses and gave up.

Also regarding the sites in the report sent. It looked extremely tacky. All of them were the same name with different extensions. It just looked like a mess and comparing it to network services like this:

http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...t-best-backlinking-package-now-available.html

It really makes you look at it and think what a waste of money.

Good luck with it all but I just was not very impressed.

Thanks,

Cheers

Hi @pompano,

I am so sorry to hear that you didn't get a reply to your support ticket.

May I please get the e-mail address from which you sent your support ticket that was never replied to, or better yet the ticket number? I handle 99% of the support tickets and I know the owners will want to follow up on why this ticket was not addressed. I do not see any tickets in our system from the address registered on your account, or by searching for your username.

I take support very seriously and hate to hear that I missed a ticket or that a customer felt like I dropped the ball from a support side. I want to make sure that whatever crack your ticket fell through gets sealed up so that it does not happen again.

Thanks for your assistance and I am sorry that I didn't catch your ticket.

Is it possible to import keywords and landing sites from csv-files or similar?

Hey @prototyp,

Absolutely! When you visit the LANDERS tab inside a campaign, you will see a button to import. The only key is to make sure you set up the file correctly. Here is a brief summary:

The proper import format is a TAB delimited text file with 4 columns:
Lander URL (make sure to correctly use a trailing slash ... or not)
Visit Value (leave blank to use campaign default)
Keywords (separate with commas)
Should we add additional keywords by searching for keywords this lander already ranks for? ("1", "true", or "yes" for yes, blank for no)

Make sure to also read the rest of the details on that page before your import. If you have any problems, you can always send your file to me at [email protected] and I can get it uploaded for you.

So who else is working with these Emperors?

I made a MNS with one 500 word article, allocated some credits, and now the site is ranking #7 after 10 days!

This is a site with SerpIQ score from 45 and has 4400 local searches /month and cpc of $3.90

I am going to put adsense on it and start to monetize it. Meanwhile i'm building another small site and allocating credits to it. Will keep you guys updated but would like to hear other's opinion and strategy.

Hi I tried this service, set it up and started a campaign. The next day I accidentally pressed cancel and as I had only been on for a day I got the refund - which BTW came really fast. A day after this, my site which had been suffering a penalty that had left it out of the SERPS altogether was back in at it's original position. I would reccomend that anyone with a site suffering a penalty give this trial a go. it's got potential

I've just been on their site and the $47 trial that was worthwhile has gone. They now have a $7 trial that IMHO is not adequate!

The trial... is a trial. It's to see the backend and how the system works.

You can't expect to see significant rankings change from only getting the trial and cancelling afterwards. And now it looks like they have a cheaper plan wich is only $127/month.

Hey @tickets4u,

Thanks for your post and sorry for the delay. I've been offline due to a move and am finally back and getting caught up on support. The 7 day trial is just a way for you to get in cheap, get your account set up and see some of the automated link building. We look at linkbuilding as a long term, consistent effort and the 7 days/7000 credits is just that first step in this.

Hey @Zomby,

We do and the solidier plan is ROCKING for smaller sites. If you are looking to test the system out on one or two sites, this plan is a killer deal IMO.

Thanks for your comment!

Zomby, my point was that I did see significant results with the trial. I was very impressed with the $47 trial and it got my completely screwed website back in the serps. I was in fact recommending it to people. The $7 trial will give no such results and as such I think it will really hurt the guys sales, what I didn't want to do was to recommend the $7 trial.

Hey Tickets4u,

Glad we were able to get your site unstuck!

The purpose of the $47 trial was to sell our $497 package. Now that we have a $147 package ($127 for BHW members) it just doesn't make sense to have a trial that's almost as expensive as the intro plan.

The good news is that contrary to your prediction, our sales have skyrocketed since releasing the cheaper plan / $7 trial! So there are no plans on going back.

So basically the $7 trial is not that much effective compared to the $47 trial.

If results are that great then the $7 trial is just a taste of the complete package. Reading the comments above makes me want to purchase the full package.

I think the best way to think of the trial is this... you get in and can see the start of the system. Plus you get $23 bucks worth of link building credits for just $7.00. We really try to make it as simple as possible for you!

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you get started!

Brett :)

So you have a database of other optimizers that you approved based on whatever your criteria is and the I go and buy from them.... Bottom line, I never get to know who the actual optimizer is and can't use my own judgement whether they have good history or if I had bad luck with a particular person in the past?

Since I wouldn't know what type and quality of work these people do I'm taking a huge chance with this method!!!

Tell me I'm wrong but this sounds a bit scary.

Hey @mdopro1,

Thanks for your thoughtful message. Yes, using an automated marketplace is much different than dealing with one outsourcer who has worked with your account for awhile; however, this happens all the time in business. Anytime a new store opens, you have a choice. Going with a store brand that is going to give you convenience and price, versus a brand that is more expensive and you are familiar with. Going to a to a local shop versus ordering something online based on a picture. etc. It is scary, and it doesn't always work out; however, often it does!

I can tell you that we do everything that we can to make sure that our marketplace is giving you the best possible value for your credit while still keeping the focus of this being an automated marketplace with automated vendors. We score every blast that a vendor does and consider things like 1) Cost per link, 2) Deliverability, 3) The Diversity, 4) Variety, and more. From this data, we generate a 30 day average score for the service and then rank the vendors according to these scores.

This gives you some comfort in knowing that you are going to get the best deal in each category. In addition, should you decide that you don't want links from a category, or want to give a category preference over the others, we allow for a complete customization of your link building priorities. It is pretty powerful and customizable.

It is important to realize though. We are not a marketplace of direct outsourcers that are going to go out and build 50 links to your site a month. We deal in automation, quantity, and consistency. We aim to be delivering blasts to your sites on an ongoing (often daily) basis, all on complete auto-pilot.

Hope this helps and thanks again for your question.
