Do I need a domain to join cpa?

I am thinking of joining CPA when I found out that sharecash or all those PPD sites take a huge cut out of the profit. My question is, do I really need a domain to join any CPA networks? Also, I also want to know how much profit do the PPD sites take. I heard people saying that they pay after two downloads are made. Is this true?

No, its not necessary to have a domain to get accepted to CPA networks. You can just write you are going to promote CPA offers using Facebook, POF, Adwords or 7search. That will be enough to get accepted to any CPA network.

No website is not necssarry unless specifically required * but for the most part the application is just getting all your general info the real deciding factor of approving you boils down to the phone call.

I have also gotten into various CPA networks without a website, just make sure you stay 100% honest with them. Tell them you plan on getting your traffic from email, POF, craigslist or wherever. Something that worked alot of me is that i would ASK them to call me. Once they called me I would explain everything more detailed. This worked every single time. Hope I helped!

yeah, but you can easily make a blog using blogger platform and paste the url of your blog. Even you can make a facebook fan page and add the url of that page.

Now a days joining CPA network is too much easy......

No, you don't need domain again if you want to join at any cpa network. But if you have a website that you can use to reff. that's better..
