What are you looking for? A bunch of freeloader eating your resources? I'm not a fan of freeloader, they're not converting! So I recommend you change your submit button into this:

Yes! I'll Take This Limited Offer!

And one more thing,

People may think "What are you gonna do with my email? spam it to hell?"

So give them a little bit safety here (you just threat them anyway), tell them that you are not a spammer, and won't sell your list. something like we hate spam as much as you do thing should be fine

Thanks for the tips! I'll try changing the submit button and text above the form. I realise that it's not "call to action" enough
