The goal of the portal is to build consistent, positive reviews, which is invaluable and you can charge because you are providing the system. This is comparable to a DIY web platform provider such as Intuit Homestead or Wix charging for the platform, but they don't do any work on the client's websites.

There are other add ons you can sell to further promote reviews or bring in repeat customers. Contact me to discuss ideas.

Hope you can enlighten me on something. If working for a small client that just has a few bad reviews on google places how can I justify a monthly price?

I'd be setting up a domain for a review portal.
Design cards for them to hand out to clients to go to the review portal.

I can justify a one off fee but not monthly with a client like the above. As on a monthly basis I don't have to do any work...

Just looking for some pointers on what I can offer/say to the client I am doing on a monthly basis. As no SEO / ranking the review website is required.

It's pretty rare that anyone reads anything I write so you are safe there but the gems offered by others could cause you some issues with your competitors.

Awesome post. inspired me to take action. so i went out and i got a client who needs rep management.. i seem to be doing OK with google com. but i am not able to rank well for google.co.in or country specific search engines. can u give some pointers on how to grab the first page for google.co.in or google.in etc.
