Best tier 2 links for web 2.0s?

My structures go:
200 different web 2.0 domains (5 different accounts per domain) for tier 1
25 different web 2.0 domains (50 different accounts per domain) for tier 2 in a wheel with each other as well
5000 or so spun blog network posts for tier 3 + a few thousand wikis for tier 3
2-3 million SB comments for tier 4 (only pointing to wikis and some point to tier 2 as well, but only a small amount)

The sad part is, the above structure may not be enough to rank medium competition terms #1-2 anymore. I'm not having a tremendous amount of success with ONLY the above (have to go over with extremely, extremely valuable links to push it the rest of the way).

Google is 100% random post penguin... and makes no sense.

Though I add web 2.0 domains all the time, I presently have around 180-200 automated.
I'm working on a new bot that will allow me to post to a few different formats right now that may push the high PR article dropping areas (which I consider to be a web 2.0 domain) to around 400-450.
However, all of that requires custom work. At best you'll get 40-50 TRUE web 2.0 domains from programs like UD/Magic submitter.

I only count domains if they have PR of 2 or higher and are d0follow as web 2.0s. This includes free hosts as well.

If you just wanted links, in content, even if they're PR0 root domains, there's literally tens of thousands of places.

how many times would you use a spun article, I presume you are using multi spun sentences/para/words spintax? I am currently using the same article on senuke for a month and then swapping it out, I am buying UUU spun Articles, do you think this is safe enough?

I may do several more rounds, but it depends on the competition. I try to keep total links to 10 or less from web 2.0s and such.
What exactly do you imagine "real peoples sites" are? Twitter?
Neither twitter nor facebook help rankings (tested extensively with retweets and shares via bots I built)

Microblogs are rarely d0follow (or not redirected), bookmarking sites like stumbleupon are always redirected... so what else is there exactly?
I have tons of freehosts automated (no out of the box tool can do that), Jcow sites are nofollow by default, most blog comments are nofollow (if they aren't they usually require special bots as well, or will be spammed to death and useless).

Yeah, analyze where you can generate d0follow "real peoples" links and get back to me.

Best Web 2.0 are sites that are ********, allow content on them (helps with indexing), and has a good indexing rate on Google.

Build those out, build some content on them, and then backlink them to oblivions.

They're usually 9-15 MBs of spintax, manually written and generated, and highly readable... they are 100% articles about the keyword/niche. They take around 2 days of work to complete.

I only go after very tough terms with a LOT of money as the ultimate goal. I build 2-6 such spintaxed articles and use 1-2 for tier 1 and the rest for tier 2s and beyond.

Obviously I do, do you really think you could outsource such a task?

I cannot even get people to correctly rewrite the same sentence in 100 different grammatical ways and still read properly. Trust me, I've tried to find them. It's worth it...
My philosophy is, if you're unwilling to put 4 days of work into all the content you'll ever need for your backlinks in a niche, that niche isn't worth going after. But you can do the same things on a smaller scale... I don't see why it's limited. You could just do 6 sentence replacements/sentence and manual synonyms for weak niches.

However these sentences are interchangeable within the very same paragraph... so 1 sentence has 100 alternative sentences, in groups of 10, and 3 different positions within a paragraph (before and after other groups at random). 10 groups of 10 sentences that can all be before and after each other and make sense. You then generate paragraphs with them in each position feasibly possible with relation to one another...

after adding synonyms on top of that, the spintaxes get to around 12-15mb usually (if I manage 10 groups of 10 for all 6 paragraphs)

I don't feel like outlining my method in spoon-fed detail. Not even because I'm fearful it will be stolen (it won't, it requires an insane amount of work), but rather because it's extremely complex and can only be explained via diagram accurately.

You have to go very deep to get good results now.. Basically the google updates have made it so you need to go deeper and deeper.

I think 1000 sites network could help to generate much more than $30-40K per year. Yet it is really hard work, back-linking those 1000 sites and writing content.

Why don't you generate articles from ubbertoolz directly?
I think it is easy (using zennoposter) to pull articles in sequence from txt files.

Tons of sites are open for posting but are NOT spammed. Why? because there are no out of the box tools for them to post on them successfully! So no, you're 100% wrong. (for instance, every freaking freehost is practical UNSPAMMED)

Why would I generate articles from ubertoolz (I could do this at anytime I wish of course, if I chose to as I save them all in the ubercubez spintax)?
The tool will accept and accurately spin off such a huge construct, so I see no reason to do so.
You may achieve a slightly less persistent random gen error that is a part of all programming where it displays similar things despite an insane amount of possiblities. The choice is yours, neither makes any difference.
Split each construct into 200 different 5 sentence/sentence articles if you like.

Also such a large construct breaks most spinners, so if you mean spinning off a whole bunch of articles and depositing them in files, ... no thanks!

When linkbuilding, I don't go by "What is the best tier 2 links?" I go by making everything completely random.
