Awesome OP...and the psychological triggers as well...
I read tons of sales letters each week...we all do...
Here's what I have seen stand out in certain sales letters:
1)Going into extreme detail about the problem facing the potential buyer/customer. Something like "It can be difficult living with anxiety...You can't go to the Cinema without the fear of having an attack...You can't visit malls or crowded public spaces....You feel left out of almost everything.... (go on and on about this...) This I believe shows the customer that you understand exactly what is wrong with him....in fact the more detail the better. People love sympathy...we all do!
2) Again..go into extreme detail...this time about OTHER people's products. Make it elaborate....like if we use the above example...then it'd be something like... You have bought products...You have probably read the following 6 or 7 things from em...
They all recommend breathing in and out to relieve anxiety(we know tat doesn't work..)...They tell you to take medications....(you don't want to get addicted)...and so on.
3) The best....Tell them to use your product WITH CAUTION. lol...well... For example if you were selling a traffic generating method it would go something like this "Make sure you don't overdo the method...Hosting companies can be quick to ban your account for a sudden spike in traffic.....or..... If you are going to use the product...make sure you have a VPS server that can handle a huge traffic load. If you don't we recommend you should not get the product.
