I don't think having a contact form in sidebar affects your site rankings...
But I personally prefer creating a contact page and having the page link in top menu and/or footer. If your visitors want to contact you, they can simply go the page itself and spam your inbox from there.
I have ZERO experience with VoIP (I can barely spell it) so I'll leave that for OriginalEXE.

If you want to use Google analytics . . . use "Ultimate GA" (search for it).
I recommend using http://piwik.org/ - and you can use their official plugin here : http://piwik.org/blog/2008/06/new-plugin-wordpress-piwik-integration/

Not sure how that's related to wordpress but you can take a look at http://serpbuddy.com - its a paid solution but very well worth it.
Or if you want a free solution, google "cute rank".

Great Thread !!! And Giving Thx!! I would like to know if you have any experience or knowledge about speeding up the loading of a wordpress site. Im using the Theme GeoPlaces v3 with google map on it. Currently on a Shared Hosting, The site has no traffic yet. It is very slow to load. I have tested all the Cache Plugin's but it seems like it is not making a difference ? on tools.pingdom.com it tells me the load time of my site is 22 seconds. I mean who wait's that long for a site to load these day's. Thanks Again.

I host with a Company Based in South Africa (My Home Country) Amplehosting ( amplehosting.co.za )
If I do a tracert to my domain the last Hop before ampledns.com is scnet.net that seems to be in America.
So im sure that amplehosting host's in the US. Can that cause problems ?

I believe it's a host problem because the theme works fine. Try going with HostGator $0.1 coupon for the first month and check out the result.
