I had Josh do 3 X 200 retweets for me, each for a different site. The communication was superb and Josh even went so far as to give me some advice for better optimization (Twitter has never been one of my 'things').
He over delivered, and I'm awaiting to see results if any, and will give that a few days to see. I can tell you that as far as the actual delivery of the service, and the communication with him, I am very very happy with and will continue to use Josh's services.

To follow up once again - two "high competition" keyword phrases (but not a ton of monthly searches so on a site I was not too worried about either way):
keyword phrase #1 moved from Page 1 #6 to Page 1 #1 a day after using Josh's service
keyword phrase #2 moved from Page 1 #6 to Page 1 #5 a day after.
I am beginning to be more convinced in the need for this kind of "social" engagement as far as Google's SERP's are concerned.

Update on my purchase from 5/21.
- I paid for 300 retweets and actually got 417 or so(Some due to organic).
- It is my first site and new so I probably bought too many at once. My site was only about 1 1/2-2 weeks old when I purchased this and went from 10th overall to 13th back to 9-10 today. Seems normal to most. Will give it more time.
- When purchasing the retweets and letting him know that I was new to this and was confused in certain areas... I sent him 2 e-mails after already submitting my Retweet purchase wanting to URGENTLY change up the way my order would look. He quickly responded and told me to retype how I wanted it and e-mail back. After retweets were sent out I saw how he had even added a couple things to my retweet and restructured so it would be more seo friendly and purposeful. Was very impressed. I'm assuming he did this because I told him I was a newbie, was confused, and am grateful he personally helped guide me a little extra.
I will be using this service in the future on my last reason alone. I will of course expect change in future SERPS etc, but really so far it has been my fault for things not working out right. Too much, too quickly, and all at once.
