We have been having some people DDos the site and fake ordering by using dodgy payment details for the few days so we are taking steps to fix the issue

I think I know the culprits (iI'll chat with mods on exposing) but we are tighting things up and no longer accepting new members until further notice

Our help desk if the only active support centre for the foreseeable future for current customers, the pm function or thread is not support! This is so we can track ips

ahh, ok. I saw the notice not to submit a ticket regarding the 2CO mail so I didn't. Just let me know if there's anything I can/need to do to recover those two subs.
