It took me over a month to do find honest and good people to write real articles that I now hire through paypal. I have had many that are dead beats and do not do the work. Just get your escrow back and go onto the next writer

What to do. Open an account at scriptlance. You will have to get verified to use a papal account through scriptlance. There are also other ways to pay. Plan on a few days. You can interview coders while you get it verified after you have posted your job.
What should go to in your job description?
Tell them that you have a need of 20 (or how many you need) articles in the subject areas that AC has to offer. If they do a good job, you will have a lot more work for them to do. Give them a deadline and state the articles have to be in perfect English. Also, give them the cost of each article.
Your response to writers. Only respond to people who actually read your job description. It shows that they care and do not just respond to a posting. You will know what I am talking about when you start receiving offers. Make sure they promise to meet the deadline etc. Even ask for an example.
Now you found someone to hire. Ask when they are done with the first article to send you the article. You should make sure you are the same page of what you want the article to be like.
When you get your articles, ask them to wait for 7 days to make sure they pass copyscape etc. You are really just going to upload them to AC. With having them write original content, I have had all my content accepted and have been paid very well. Now you pay them even if a couple did fail. You pretty much have to pay them because they did the work.
Now, you are done with hiring from a site. Now you can have them write articles and pay them via paypal. Try to 5 to 10 people to write articles. Original content takes a few days.
There is one problem with scriptlance, there is a $5 hiring fee that you have to pay.
You can also try CL. I have not been very successful in posting in other countries. I guess I am not paying enough (for a good ROI you cannot).
I would not use elance. Too expensive and you have pay $10 to start.
