How should I order for multiple sites with multiple keywords and pages for each site?
Is there anyway to group orders? For example, 1 website with 5 different url's/keywords. Does this have to be 5 different orders?
I probably want to try this out on 4 different websites with 5 keywords for each site. Does this have to be 20 different orders?
Also, do you give bulk discounts?

On another note, I put in a help ticket a while back because I haven't received a report from one of my existing subs. It was closed after I sent you a PM so I'm guessing you resent it but it still never arrived. It's not in trash/spam and your system doesn't seem to have an issue sending me any other mails, it's just that one report. Do you want me to give you a different email address to try to send it to or something?

I have received no reports and my account still doesn't show any "active subscription" whereas in your OP you said that it will take 2-5 business days. I opened a ticket at your site and I was promised that a report would be delivered within 48 hours. It is now 96 hours past that promise and still nothing, with an unanswered ticket. This is what I see on my dashboard "

Needless to say, I'm extremely unhappy with the quality of the service and want a refund since nothing has been done after almost 2 weeks.

You firstly ordered by submitting over 100 keywords and we declined, you then ask for special requests that we cant do (you didnt even
ask before ordering and that is why your order was slightly delayed as we waited for your replys plus we have had bank holiday Mondays in the uk. I'll take note of that and add it in the terms for the future.
You have submitted your order this month so you don't have an active subscription because you have already submitted it and the order form closes after 48 hours to stop people submitting the same order or trying to submit a new order by using the same payment details
We try to help people out and sorry if you feel unloved
