Hi Guys -
Me and Greg are away for a few days for the holidays (not together) so we are taking this chances to do some major upgrades of the systems and the servers, we have hundreds of sites, loads of hosts and more IP addresses than the dude from the Matrix can handle so this takes time to upgrade.
For a few days we have decided to close the order forms to new clients, mainly for the chance to enjoy a couple of days off and so we can get down and dirty with overdue upgrades.
See you in a couple of days and watch this space..............Watch it hard

You did get an auto confirmation of your order as you ticked the box to email yourself plus we have had email conversations so not sure what more you would like?

I don't see how 1 email got termed "email conversations". A simple "OK I got it" from you would have left me satisfied as sometimes email don't get through for various reasons. No need to be rude.

You signed up we do not force a sign up, it's pretty clear it's a monthly service and even clearer how to cancel in our faqs
You have been refunded when you forgot to cancel and we have not once refused a refund and we have honoured that and canceled it for you
So please do not make things up saying we refused at all because that is not the truth
Please post the "refusal" conversation here and I'll give you $100 right now
