Adsense is definitely the way to go. I can generate around $100 a day without bots
I have a few blogs that are just pictures which requires constant pinning liking and comments. (very tedious to do manually)
But I have one blog that has quality content which makes around $40 a day just

when you are pin your image with your link do you add you blog/webpage link and there is adsense and CPA-s or do you redirect them directly to the CPA offer itself? And do you use all your account to pin images with your link to get this traffic and earnings (do u use same link with every pinterest account, when pinning)

I had a little time and i made some accounts.

Some strategy updates:
The CPA ads are good but i don`t have enough accounts, when i get my payment i will buy accounts and i will focus on CPA, meanwhile i made a store on my blog and pin some products from amazon, i thinking to make more post about DIY and crafts and there to put amazon links.

Tomorrow i will tell you the result of the store

I add my blog link for some post but when i want to use the cpa i add a redirect link made on my server, and sending to my cpa page, when my pins are no more viral i change`it to my blog to not loose the visitors, or when someone say that my pin is a spam, i don`t want to loose the followers.

interesting...i sold my pinblaster license because i found pinterest requried too much work compared to other methods...i have no interest in spending tons of valuable time trying to make a hundred bucks/mo...i could make more at mcdonalds. it will be interesting to see how this method grows for you, op...good luck man.
