Flippa not accepting trademarked domains (facebook-vibes)

Well, it looks like flippa wont allow their users to sell sites with a trademark in the domain
oh well....

You can sell your domain elsewhere. DigitalPoint, Blackhatworld etc.

It's not allowed because of the need to protect the buyer, as he could lose the domain anytime after buying it. Or would you refund? NO.
