Just wow.

On-the-ball customer service, a dashboard/project tracking feature typically only available from high-dollar SEO firms, work that was clearly verified after posting, decent, readable content for the contextual links, great no follow/do follow ratios, massive link diversity including video, 98% of links are live - I could go on and on.

Here's the best, though:
This service was used as phase 3 of 3 of our theory to get a webpage out of an unnatural links penalty/link devaluation a.s.a.p.. After receiving the notice in GWMT, the keyword used for this campaign dropped from page 1 position 1, to what was its lowest point at position 27 (page 3 position 7), ultimately settling at position 23 (page 3 position 3) where it sat, even after de-optimizing anchor text for the page. Until this campaign.

As of right now, the webpage is back on page 1, position 10 for the keyword used in this campaign - and almost nothing is indexed yet and as near as I can tell nothing is as of yet approved on the blog networks.

Indeed, if the trajectory keeps up along the lines it has, I imagine the keyword and its corresponding page will ultimately end up back in the top 3, if not #1 where it was making about $1K per day.

Am I happy? You're god damn right I'm happy!

AWESOME!!, I paid about a week ago and I have not received any type of report or update of my order!! Thats cool, now I get to contact paypal, go through all the BS to get a refund and leave a bad review for you. Not sure why you cant give me access to a dashboard via the PM you are communicating with me (currently). Oh, but what a way to end the week, just pissed off because its the 5th contractor (this week) trying to push me aside and say they are behind or not doing anything whatsoever..

Yes, you placed the order a week ago, but you should have also mentioned the point that you had provided a non-existent email address while placing the order. You sent me the working email just few days back and we had updated the dashboard immediately and the system had sent you an automated email. When you PM'd me again, I triggered the email once again, hoping that this time it would reach you. But it didn't happen.

When all these happened, I was communicating directly through PM. So, it's not like you paid us and then nobody is taking care of you. We were doing everything possible from our end to solve your issue.

We treat all the clients equally, regardless of their post count or the number of orders they place with us. In fact, I didn't notice your post count till you posted this.

And no, I am not pissed off yet, because I waited till 2.30 am to talk business to a client and he didn't turn up. Then I woke up at 5.00 am only to see your post here.

I have emailed you again and I have PM'd the same details across. Kindly get back to me if you still face issues.
