OK, I just want to leave a quick review for Flipping Enterprises. These guys are 100% professional and 100% reliable AND THEY ARE EXACTLY WHAT THIS INDUSTRY NEEDED. Sold a site for very close to my original asking price (which was admittedly optimistic), and I could not be happier with the whole process that only took about a month or so. My broker Jay was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had very quickly. I just wish you guys would handle the lower-value websites as well, and then I'd never have to play around with Flippa again...
I have a few other projects that I will be contacting them about later this year, these guys can be a fantastic addition to your business model if you're in the business of publishing/selling many projects throughout the year, as they clearly have lots of reliable investors interested in these web properties. The best part is you can bypass all of the non-serious "lookey-loos" that can end up wasting everyone's time.
Bottom line, if you've got serious websites, they've got serious buyers.

We do have buyers for adult sites, but we don't often take them on. It's best to fill out the form and we'll take a look.

I have a website with amazing traffic but I haven't really monetized it yet -- about 70,000+ UV's this month and going up every month (up from 36,000 UV's last month). I am looking to sell it though, would you consider it? I was going to just list it on Flippa but I figure I might just try my luck here.
We only take on sites that are already profitable I'm afraid.
I would strongly suggest you to monetise your site and have it generate revenue for at least 3-4 months (longer if possible) before selling it though - either through a broker or on Flippa. There's very few buyers out there who value traffic (without revenue) so you're bound to get much, much less than the site is actually worth.

$300,000 with best year prior to health issues being $400,000/annum.

Sorry, but we only deal with online businesses. If you have a storefront, your best bet would be a local business broker who knows the area/local market.

We generally don't deal with domain names as most of our buyers are investors who are only interested in revenue generating properties. That said, if the domain name in question is a premium domain then we can talk.
