Best Shopping Cart Platform??

I use Magento for most of my eccommerce site.. Pretty simple to use and has great functionality for SEO. I recommend it.

All I hear is random names without reasons or comparisons. How well can you integrate your own payment processor? Are there free ones available? Which Shopping Cart Platform has the best performance? Which one has the best themes available?

opencart is pretty legit

I use Prestashop for more than 2 years and happy with stability. But (just my opinion) it's little bit slow maybe because of their smarty system. Now I change to wp store.

Take a look at this stats, left side when my site using prestashop and right side when using wordpress. This show you that wordpress shop is more SEO friendly and bring more visitor to your shop.

but, backoffice for prestashop much much better than wp store.

There is no ideal solution and it completely depends on how many products you sell and what kind of products you sell. Magento is a top notch for ecommerce, but keep in mind that you will have very steep learning curve. It is very complex solution. Also keep in mind, if you want to customize magento modules are quite expensive. If you sell some simple products with under 100 products total, you might want to go for opencart. It is very light and simple solution to get your products online. There are plenty more solutions, but those 2 are my favorite.

OS Commerce and OpenCart integrate directly with Google checkout and both have tons of extensions and significant user bases.

Never ever go for magento if you have custom needs. You need an army of coders its costly as hell.
I just setup and migrated from oscommerce to commerce:seo which is an optimized fork of XT:commerce. This is a real nice shot!
