Are my sites banned on google?

Hello everybody,

I have a network of escort sites within UK. I hired a someone to do SEO work on my behalf. He is working really hard, but I did not get any results yet.

I have been busy so I left all the things to him. Recently I wondered that my sites are not showing in google although the sites are indexed. Whenever I go about a search using the URL of my sites, the sites don't appear in the search results. You must have known every site that is indexed in google, should be appeared on the first when you search with the URL. But why this happening to me I don't know. I asked mu worker, but he could not answer me.

I also tried to find out my sites by copy/pasting the content in Google, but the sites don't appear.

Are my sites banned on Google? If it is not, then what is the problem and what is the solution?

Additional Info: my sites are aged (more than two years old).

Are they showing up when you type: site:yourdomain.com in Google? If so, then you're not banned

thanks ronmojohny for your reply. they are showing up that way. But doesn't show anything while I search using yourdomain.com directly.

What should I do now?

thanks bro, I just cheked some of my domain, and it says my sites are not banned from adsense, but does't say anything about google search. Does that mean my sites are ok? although, I never used adsense on these sites.

martillo, thanks a lot, that was really very helpful. Just after checking as you said, I saw that some sites are appearing in that way and some are not. Then I checked google PR for them. And it says n/a or the toolbar is gray. Probably not all my sites, but maximum of them are in sandbox. That's pathetic

Your site are ok if they show up using site:yourwebsite.

You are probably not building link the right way that is why you can not appear on the top for your domain name.
