Hi Guys! Nice thread!

I got some questions though. Do you have experience selling brand ideas? I have an idea for putting up a website for a concept brand i would like to flip. Do think that would work out?

Example: i made a website offering original content services, do you think it would sell given that; the site is new, there are a few nor no clients yet, its not made for adsense - because the true selling point is that the website itself a good brand to develop.

Definitely wouldn't sell on a marketplace like Flippa.

You might find someone in the investor world, but in the online business world, you've got no hope of selling "ideas".

I'm doing KWs research find good EMD keywords buy domains and build sites rank it first in google fast but no revenue , but the sites can monetize with adsense and affiliates , sites like this can be sold ? if yes it's good flipping technique ?

Yeah, this is quite normal for most of us. I have a ton of undeveloped domains and it's not really worth my time selling them,

Might be a good idea to chuck a quick autoblog up on each domain, just to get it indexed and earning enough to renew until you find a better use for it.

Is it better to rank it and park it, altough you cant blast a new domain name, how would you rank quickly a few keywords on a fresh domain 0-3 months old ?

I wouldn't try to rank a new site, I'd just sell it straight up. This is a lot more competitive than when I posted this a few years ago, so not sure how profitable this would be now.

So I was wondering after the Penguin update, most people aren't so keen on MNS anymore. Is there still a sustainable market for MNS?

People are getting their adsense accounts banned so how do you play safe in creating a bunch of sites to create revenue for the sole purpose of display on a Flippa listing?
