What happend, did you fix any crack onTube Toolbox dude?
I always found Sumn3rs crack far too buggy for my liking, so I cracked it myself. Needless to say I was smart enough to remove the account check process, so no user id's are sent to the tube toolbox website for them to allow/block.
Sumn3rs crack works, but badly, it's a very crude crack. I've been cracking apps for years, and will give the other person who said they'd crack it on this forum a week before I post my own for everyone to download. Both update check and account checks are disabled in this. Crackers - 1 TT - 0

Excellent work Stan, I hope it will be sooner than a week!
I found a combination of sending contact requests, and "share video (with message)" effective in getting views and subs. Also your channel may not be properly setup, the default layout kind of sucks. You need the "featured tab", and autoplay videos when users visit your page. A "subscribe here" annotation on the videos you're sharing can't hurt either. I put them (subscribe) on all my videos and seen decent results.
Here are some of my Analytics on 3 channels for the month of March:

As you can see results will vary, but the subscriber amount stays nearly the same on all 3 channels.
These results were from adding contacts only, this month I'm trying adding contacts and sending the video with message. It also matters what your video is as far as content. On channel #2 some of the videos got many views on their own without any "promotion".

You're better off getting a pc if you plan to use the software. I think tubeblasterpro is mac friendly, check them out?
I do everything you wrote as well except the "share video" part because I myself hate being spammed by these shared videos... I often mark it as spam or just block the user!!!
Adding contacts really helped me to gain subscribers. A good avatar was the clue! Another thing that helps is making small windows (at the of your video) with links that refer to your other videos.
Well then, there's not much more you can do. You can buy views and try to get your video on the front page which will help it go viral $$$ etc, but that will cost some money. I guess you need to try it yourself, unless you trust the effectiveness from others that have used/tested such services.
I'm yet to have a video go truly viral with 100k + real hits with adsense enabled, my best is 50k hits in a few days and I didn't have ads enabled so I'll never know how much I cash flow I could have potentially generated with such a video. I'm sure others on here have better stories than mine... I'd like to hear some

A. Yes, but it will take some work. Although Tube Toolbox was built for Windows, we have users who have successfully installed and run Tube Toolbox on a MAC using the following steps. Please note that we cannot support or help in any way other than giving you the steps that worked for others...
1) Mac OS X operating system (preferably Leopard, Tiger will work also)
2) An Intel based Apple computer
2) You need to install Parallels Desktop 3.0 Software for Mac
3) You need a licensed copy of Windows
4) Using Parallels software you can then install Windows on you Mac and run MS Windows in a pop-up window or on a second monitor on your Mac.
5) Visit Tube Toolbox in your Internet Explorer in MS Windows running on you MAC and download the software
