Monetizing Downloads?

If I had a niche involving downloading free software (not porn or virus) I was wondering what the best way to monetize that would be?

I've attempted some of the survey-to-download websites, but they're bullshit and no one does them. I got plenty of clicks, but no downloads.

Are there websites that just pay for users to click download? I don't think many people will be buying premium accounts to downloads, which is another option to monetize downloads.

There are a download sites that pay per 1000 downloads, which don't have surveys. The rates are fairly low, but better than ****** ect...

maybe most of them aren't from US or other big countries, and your downloads is not interesting at all.. if you don't mind you can pm me your website link, how many uv you got daily?

if you have lots of clicks and users want downloads then surveys should work
