Just wondering if you need to put adsense on my site I'm trying to sell. I'm making a blog for my first ever site I'm going to sell then use the money I get for that site to purchase cheap domains and carry on from there. Also, I don't know what to do my blog about, any ideas?

You don't need to have adsense on the site but if it was earning something from adsense it would rise the price hugely!

I am doing the blog about a small town in California, I checked on about 4000 people searched 'Running Spings' in the last month. I dunno what to put on the site though. Any help, do I have to write my own articles for the blog? If so how long do they have to be.

Use Wordpress and write articles about Running Springs, they hould be arround 400-800 words
