You have all the right to say about your project which I have done. But I guess you only gave the reply by saying that You lost the paypal dispute. It was not because of digital product but because I showed all the files of work that I did for you. Nevermind, if you don't want me to work for you, that's ok. But I m sure you have files for your last work with you. Thanks.

I would like to mention that I ordered services from this provider.

Site was designed for me but was not fully compatible. I asked for support and received no response.
Once full payment was made, she seemed to vanish.

I was left disappointed with this. I will never use the services of Yachi and actively discourage other users from doing so.

Design: 5/10 - she followed my instructions in most parts. Looked decent.

Usability: 2/10 - site would redirect to random pages, didn't work with plugins. Many problems.

Price: 4/10 - Initially good price, however, based on the final output I would say I paid for a un-useable theme.

Support: 0/10 - Worst I have ever dealt with on here. Terrible.

My advise:
Do NOT use these service!!

you should now support, and win back this customer,instead of asking him to order again. It just like, you buy a rotten apple, and when u complain to the stall owner, the owner say " The last batch is rotten, this batch is good, but from me again." Usually, the person would turn away.

I recently paid Yachi for a logo. I was impressed with the fact that she made many revisions for me when I asked for them, which would have taken some time, so they were greatly appreciated - I did out of choice pay her a little extra for doing this.

I would say one downside to her service is speed and customer service. She probably does prioritize and work mainly on the larger projects more so etc, but just a simple reply every once in a while would be nice. Sometimes I felt like I was being ignored. However, once she gets back to you with the work you will be glad that you went with Yachi - her prices are very competitive and I'm sure her slower customer service is just because she's busy!
