I paid and submitted my order on March 2nd. After submitting a help desk a few days later, I was told my order would be ready within the next 72 hours. That was 5 days ago and I haven't received anything confirming my order has been processed.

Not trying to start anything negative here. Just wondering if there's something I need to be doing on my end to make this work. Thanks.

We (I) cannot comment on the recent updates or how they affected other networks because we haven't seen any issues with our sites, not a single one in fact

The only issue we have had in the last three weeks was our email system got a bit stuck on the server (Great host we have) which I said in the thread that that orders might be slightly delayed, infact they didn't get delayed at all so quite chuffed with that
