Reduce Sleep Increase Productivity?

Yea try to sleep polyphasically - look up Uberman sleep schedule

I keep my energy with lack of sleep by...drinking water! lol
It's that simple. At least it helps me, I don't know about others. There's nothing better than a fresh water to keep you in a normal state without losing focus.

This helps as well, here is what I recommend, scroll down to Superfood Smoothies.

It is best to make yourself as a lot of store bought ones will put in a ton of apple juice to make it sweeter.

I have a superfood greens powder that I use if there's a day I don't get to hit the organic store for my produce. I've noticed a huge difference from when I changed from powdered mixes to live blended food. The only packaged drinks I'll drink is pure coconut water and almond milk.

Physical exercise is the only way to go. If you dont like running you can just take a walk for 20-30 minutes every day. Bring your ipod with you and clear your mind from all this blackhat stuff. Nah mean?

Two words:
Judgment Errors

I was just watching news on TV a state officer while not sleeping 12 days entered a beauty salon and shot 8 guys killing the cashier and his wife and a while later at interrogations, he keeps asking why is he there and that he wants to see his wife unaware of what he just did.

Point is don't go below 7 hours sleeping / day.

exactly!
Sleepiness Causes Accidents and dumbs you down, it impairs attention, alertness, concentration, reasoning, and problem solving. This makes it more difficult to learn efficiently.

it can also put you at risk for

Heart disease
Heart attack
Heart failure
Irregular heartbeat
High blood pressure
Stroke
Diabetes

get enough sleep everyday...

I've done a lot of research into that, but I'm not sure that it would actually work for me. Even as someone who works at home and technically doesn't need to get up and go to bed at set hours, I don't think I could schedule my random daily activities around having naps every few hours.

Most people who try it never are able to stay on it for more than a couple months.
