Each month you simply log into the system and submit your new keywords and urls, or stick with the same ones, if you want to stick with the same keywords then just submit those instead

Blog comments and new websites are bit of a NO NO
Carry on building decent links (not blogs) and ride the storm and you should be fine, ill have a chat with you on skype to help you out a bit and get those rankings back for you (as long as you leave scrapebox alone)

wannabie- I never got an email telling me anymore than where to find a 10-digit number, and a welcome e-mail that simply said "Welcome" . If it is strong like you mention it would be great to have more anchor text diversity. I had a subsite P50 penalized one time due to a strong package on an old domain, but it was too much blog network links on it. I got it out of it with anchor text variation from different resources, so from there on I kept an eye on that feature.

Its always going to be 2 keywords and 2 urls, anything more than that is weak and a huge time and money waster for us and SHH clients, plus it devalues the networks
People should never focus on one tip of link as you have already stated, if you mix it up then you can get away with pushing a little but more

Dan and I have a couple of sites that we did some testing on last year... it was a project that we did just for our own purposes to see various SEO methods.
They are in the agricultural field and are ugly as all get out so you'll need to make them pretty so your visitors don't go blind when they go on the site.
They each have 5 articles on them, one has spun content and the other has the original article and I have no clue which is which.
They are registered at Godaddy and we'll just push them to your acct and get the files in your hands so you can put them on your host.
If you have an interest in agriculture (lawn maintenance niche) we would like to give them away... interested, let us know here and we'll pick someone.
