I do local SEO in Minnesota and I wouldn't do any work for 100$ a month just a tad bit to low for me. :/

Just because you have low competition doesnt mean it still doesnt take work to rank them. Especially with a .info. Does the domain even have age to it?

Well than do it, every body says they can do this and that, and they want to out souse most of the things. Do onsite SEO first (trust me your website if far from having good onsite seo). Learn what you need to do offsite seo and buy cheap services. But or even get free lists of possible backlinks and do it yourself for 2 hours a week. You will get tons of backlinks for 8 hours of straight work performance for a month. So pay yourself $12.5/hour for creating backlinks for your website ))

Youi're best served to use the $100 on a "personal SEO expert" (because that's what that pays for, not a pro with a great track record), or to run the table and buy 20 gigs on Fiverr that will perform blasts or deliver backlinks en masse for you. You can also use the money to concentrate on a one time, onsite SEO revamp (have one person do new keyword research for you ($25), a corresponding set of SEO articles ($50), and a basic link chain or wheel set up for you ($25)).

Heres some Free advise.

Your titles are wrong,
Not enough front page content. your text to code ratio is low.
create a post and create at least 400 word description about who, why how and what you supply
Then post your posts below on your site.

Too long of a descriptions.
you have too many keywords and not enough related content.

The initial heading (<H1>) should include your best keywords.
Using only one - three <H1> heading per page will strengthen your SEO.

install google analytics
Make sure your using Alt tags for your banner, I suggest getting a eye catching one. get it here on bhw in the services area.

you need backlinks, and from trusted sites not no bs no ranking sites.
youll need directory submissions to help beat your competition along with

I'd spend 10$ on a .com first then spend the 90$ on backlinks.

instead of investing in a sole SEO provider, with your budget i recommend you buy backlink packages off BHW. No particular package is guaranteed to get you to the top however, diversity is recommended, so with $90 you can buy a few pretty good packages off BHW.
