Remember those papers that you used to write for school? Or even better, if you're in college still writing papers. Now that they're graded, you really have no use for them.

1. Take a paper that you wrote and publish it to an article directory. Such as Ezine Articles, Goarticles, etc. (It doesn't matter what the topic of the paper is as long as you link back to your money site within the resource box of the article.

For example:
If I made a paper about foxes, then I would just publish that paper to ezine. In the resource box I can put like, Not only does the author write articles about foxes, he also specializes in "insert your niche keyword with anchor link". Check it out now. Something along those lines.

2. Once it gets published, there you have it! A nice PR backlink :) with potential traffic and unique content!

I've been doing this for ages :) I guess its a valuable reminder for some people

I mean I wouldn't say reminder because I never saw it posted here. Plus, there are some people who probably haven't thought of this at all. I guess "eye-opener" would be a better term lol. But it's pretty valuable

Good idea, I've got a hard drive full of school papers.

You can also post your teachers/professors hand outs online. I've had teachers that would write their own little summaries of what we would be learning about.

LOL... omg I can't believe I never thought of this... I have a BUNCH of old school work that I can now upload for unique content -- and the best part is, I got an A in all of them.

Woot Woot! Congratulations lol!

Hi, Thank you for this ideas you've shared. Really helpful :)

If you are still in school I would wait at least until the term ends and your grades are in. The last thing you want is a prof to submit all papers to turnitin at the end of the semester and have all of yours come back as plagiarized.

I actually thought about creating a website for this kind of thing. You create a website that will trade school papers, assignments etc for some things that teenagers consider to be cool, like MP3 downloads or something like that.

I however dropped it as some of the content you can get can be atrocious. Plus, you have to burn through a lot of copyscape checks to make sure it is not plagiarized. It is amazing to know that many college kids just copy paste stuff as their assignments. A lot of teachers and professors actually use websites like copyscape and turnitin.com, to check if their students are being jackasses.

I have tried this with ezine but now i think i no longer works because ezine will not accept any website that is not related to the article. I have uploaded a health related article and actually pointed it to tec blog and i got message form ezine saying that the there is no relevant/related content in the blog that i am pointing to .

It depends on how you set up your resource box. You can't just put your website name and call it a day. Also make sure you don't have any links in your body. You have any other sources then ezine? I would recommend goarticles, but ezine articles usually rank higher

This works with goarticles and article base , with ezine it will not i usually do not add any other links in the body and in my resource box i just make a sentence like this "author is not only interested in health and helath related things he also runs a tech blog "keyword anchor " "

But even with that ezine will not work , this works best with goarticle and article base but as you said ezine ranks heigher that thes 2 websites.

YEAH YOU'RE RIGHT!!! When they did become so specific? Do you recommend any other article directories that's not as strict as ezine, but gets great results?

Oh, I never thought of that!
Now I regret trashing all my essays and what not...

Good thinking, that's how I got some of my unique content :)

I am not much into article marketing I basically use Article base for the purpose even though they are having a nofollow link it is much better that goarticle and much easier to rank , goarticle advantage is that they have d0f0ll0w link and accept your article immediately as you submit but worst is that it is spammed because of that , I have different copy of same article published in Articlebase and Goarticle and the article base article was in Google fist page where as Goarticle was only at 3rd page ,

For link baiting purpose both this site is good.
