HELP! I've gotten 3 viruses in 3 Months!

Yup - Just about every month for the last 3 months I have gotten some sort of virus on my computer costing me time and sometimes money to fix.

Just wondering what Malware / anti-virus program every one uses? What's the best?

I use Kaspersky and I have never had a problem.
Sometimes it maybe a bit to good and pulls up programs like AMR or Captchsniper but I am glad I have got it installed.

AVG free is really good. If you want to pay for one: Kaspersky. But Kaspersky is known to be a resource hog (at least it was a couple years ago).

I am using Kaspersky Pure and Malwarebytes and my computer is always clean!
I recommend you to download Malwarebytes as no malware can get pass it.

i'm NOW using avast and super antispyware.
Malwarebytes is Targeted by virus coders, they screw with the MWB exe so you can't run it.
MS security essentials is crap now so using avast

I recommend AVG, but if you're using Win 7, then setup Microsoft Security Essentials to top most level.

Kaspersky + MBAM (if you pay the measly price for the paid malwarebytes, you can schedule it to auto-update it's database on every boot, or hourly, etc., and run real-time protection mode) is a pretty solid combo.

You might also want to look into virtual machines and running some of your stuff in VM sandboxes given the history you have.

I use avast and AVG together, my SEO tools visits lot of bad sites and these two together keeps my PC clean. At least I hope so, last hacker attack I had about year ago...

Personally, I keep everything important backed up on various cloud/hard storage, don't store much on my laptop, then format my laptop every 4-6 months

You can download from here " kaspersky .yandex . ru/ " their product for free, and use for six month also for free. At home I am using it, and no problems.

It's possible (in fact very possible) that some of the sites that sbox is hitting are infected. That's a possibility with many tools that harvest tonnes of web sites and then interact with those sites - it's not the tool itself, but the fact that so many sites are infected.

Two options (use one or both, IMHO) - run your target lists through sbox's malware check add-on before using them; and/or run kaspersky and mbam in the background while you're running sbox campaigns.
