Is Wordpress the Best Script for Ranking an Authority Site?

i make all my authority sites with frontPage express 2.0. the intellisense autocompletion makes light work of metatag keyword stuffing, but the interactive .gif buttons are the secret to getting the repeat visitors.

This depends on what you consider an authority site. I've had authority sites and I can tell you this. You can do it the problem arises when you start hitting 10k posts. Wordpress starts getting too bloated and runs inefficiently.

You can also make Wordpress sites look custom done where they don't look like a wp site. I do it all the time. People are lazy and don't customize themes using the same played out layouts.

wp can have cheetah performance:
- install these two plugins:
- db cache reloaded fix
- wp super cache (with mod_rewrite .htaccess rules)
